Isabella's Point Of View.

The next morning, I woke up to some clattering sounds that came from the kitchen. A grunt escaped my lips as I tossed to the other side of the bed with a loud yawn.

“Can you just keep it down, Lilly?” I shouted in a sleepy voice.

There was no response, but the clattering sounds continued, making it unbearable for me to sleep.

I crawled out of bed with my eyes still half sleepy, and I walked into the kitchen.

“Hey, Lilly, you should take it easy when you cook.” I teased as I walked past her to the freezer and bought out a bottle of water.

My back leaned against the freezer as I gulped down its contents.

“Perhaps, you could wake up early a day prepare something for us.” She rolled her eyes at me and resumed to her cooking.

A deep huff surged through my throat, disbelief coursing through my lips as Marcus' face flashed through my mind.

Lillian, who stole a glance at me, noticed my gloomy face and walked to where I stood.
