“Tristan, I am only being patient with you because we have a history together. And am only letting you go because you have been loyal.

However, You coveted my wife and that is not something I find funny at all. Whether I am nonchalant about the affairs of my family or not, is none of your business, Tristan.

For the sake of friendship, you are suspended from your duties as a chief of my guard. Until I say so, you can not return.”

I gulped down the lump in my throat.
