Monica's POV

I stared at her in horror. This is going to ruin my plans. She stopped smiling and stared at me.

'Aren't you happy?' She asked observing my expression.

'I am. I'm just shocked' I said and faked a smile.

'You don't need to be shocked. It's just a part time job. You are just going tp be taking the afternoon shift' She explained and I sighed on relief.

Thank goodness. My smile grew wider. Then my plan is still on.

'You'll be starting next week. Aren't you excited' She asked regaining her smile.

'I am. Thank you so much Coralline' I said.

'You're welcome. Let me go get changed so l can start cooking. Damon will soon come back home' She said and left.

That was a close call. My plan would have been ruined if it was a full time job. I don't have much time to spend in this house so I have to put my plan into reality starting now.
