Chapter Twenty-five

After tossing up for the tenth time, she was finding it difficult to put herself to sleep.

"Urgh". She groaned, her throat was dry, and her body was weak already.

She stood up, left her bedroom and went off to the kitchen to grab a bottle of water. Looking at her she looked like the shadow of herself in these terrific two days. She sighs, having not been able to get her head wrapped up around things, she deemed it fit to finally resume work and not keep everyone at work hanging.

She sighed again for the 100th time, as she opened up the fridge and grabbed a cold bottled water, then went to get a clean glass of water, after which she carefully poured it into the glass to stop her thirst.

The entire house gave a frivolous mood, it's been a while since she felt alive.
