Chapter 46

As the morning sun crept through the blinds, Madam Helene Willows stirred awake. She could feel the warmth of the sun on her skin and hear the birds chirping outside. With a stretch and a yawn, she sat up in bed and rubbed her eyes. With a look out the window, she could tell that it was going to be a beautiful day outside.

But as she got out of bed, she noticed that something felt off. The air in the room felt heavy and the atmosphere was tense. She couldn't quite put her finger on it but she knew that something wasn't right.

Just as she was about to head out of the room, the phone rang. It was her daughter, Chelsea, calling to greet her father. As Madam Helene picked up the phone, she tried to act weird and pretend like she was somebody else. She spoke in a high-pitched voice and used words she never would normally use.

Chelsea was caught off guard and asked if everything was okay. Madam Helene simply brushed it off and ended the call, feeling even more uneasy than before.
