Grace ran down to her father’s room. She was the Beta’s last child and Autumn was the Beta’s second child, the one that took after her father. While the last child was a fraidy-cat, the first child was a hothead, she listened to no one and did whatever she pleased. She got married to her mate and moved away from Bluemoon pack. Autumn was trained by the Gamma to be a warrior when she turned 10 years old. When she turned 18, she never cared to find her mate, she always hated the thought of finding her mate and getting married, which would automatically stop her from fighting.

“What’s the problem, Grace?” Beta Neil, who was behind his desk, holding a document asked, standing up. Grace sprinted to him, hiding behind him. “What is it, who’s after you?”

“Fa… Father, it’s Autumn,” she fearfully pointed to the door.

“What about her? Did she get into trouble again?” Beta Neil asked, holding Grace from his back to his front.

“No, Father, she… she saw a…”

“She saw a what?”

“She saw a demon!” Gr
