I was enjoying the music playing from my speaker. It filled the room, blurring out sound from outside. I sang along while cleaning my body. I had just come out of the shower after a refreshing bath. I was still toweling my body when my wolf whimpered.

Then she jolted, signaling to me that someone was close by. I went to the window and checked. There was no one coming from the gate. I rolled my eyes questioningly and went back to drying my skin.

I had just put some lotion on my palm when my wolf began prancing anxiously. I sensed a very familiar presence close to me. It was as if a strong force surrounded me. I knew then that it was the triplets. Maybe one of them.

Why was he coming to me? I wondered.

What did they want this time? Was it still about the gift? I rejected their gifts. There was no way I would have even accepted them. Not after those mean words Axel said.
