I walked down the stairs, still wondering why the triplets wanted to see me. My best bet was the mate bond.

As soon as I got to the living room, I saw Axel. He stood with his legs apart and his arms folded in front of him. He oozed dominance.

It was crazy how my desire shot up at the sight of him. Yet I felt intimidated by his presence. This minute I found myself wondering what it would be like in his arms. The next minute he was barking at me, scaring the hell out of me.
