"I had a terrible accident by the beach side when I was little." She began and took a deep breath. "I didn't die, but somebody else did." She continued.

"Who is the person that died."

"Esther was her name. She was my second best friend and the third friend in our group. I, Julie and Esther were all friends. We didn't let our social differences keep us apart, Esther was not from a wealthy family like me and Julie, but she wasn't poor either. It happened ten years ago on a fateful Sunday. It was raining like it was today, although the rain wasn't much. They were in my house that day, my father wasn't around so it was practically just us in the whole house. I was the one who brought the idea of all of us going to the beach that day since there won't be many people. They both refused, especially Esther. They said that the sea was dangerous to go to that day because of the announcement on the news." Her voice began to crack.
