Rafael was in his office and he was calling Eva for the last 2 days but she was not answering, although he knew the reason very well, he regretted that he hid a lot from Eva,

But he did not want to put her in any danger, he was well acquainted with his wife, but because of her mother he could not harm her, neither could he kill her nor divorce her, Because it was the rule of her family, if there is a child then there will be no divorce no matter how bad the circumstances are.

Lily was a 5 year old girl who was born with a disease, she had coronary artery disease from birth which cannot be cured. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a group of disorders of the heart and blood vessels. Coronary heart disease – a disease of the blood vessels supplying the heart muscle; Coronary artery disease is caused by a buildup of plaque in the walls of the arteries that supply blood to the heart (called coronary arteries). Plaque is made up
