Chp 15 Pt. 1 Maliyah’s Feelings

When I wake up the next morning I find I have a killer headache. I rack my brain for what happened yesterday, but I don’t remember. The more I try to think about it, the worse my headache gets. I hear a light tap at the door and rush to open it.
“Good Morning sweetness,” says Luca as he plants a kiss on my lips.
“Uhh..good morning.”
“Something wrong?”
“I just…what happened last night?”
“We went on that date, watched the shooting stars and went home. You fell asleep though on the ride home and your dad carried you to your room. He said you woke up and told him that you choose me. You have no idea how happy that makes me.”
