Anna's pov

I was waiting expectantly to hear from Bryant's grandmother, and when she finally called me over to meet her in a coffee shop I was hoping to hear good news.

"Anna you might have to give up on my grandson,"

The mocha I was slowly sipping when she said this to me immediately the taste become bitter in my mouth. The next thing I did was to gradually drop them as gently as somebody dropping a bomb.

"What do you mean by that? How can I possibly give up on him? Our wedding is just 4 days away now. I can't possibly think of giving up. Everything is already prepared.
