Lucy's pov;

The next morning,

At the dining table, I asked Tyler, "Do you know the cop who came last night? you two talked like you knew him."

"I do," he replied. "He was one of the guys from my class."

"Is he a friend of yours?" I ask.

Tyler smiles and looks up from his food."Not really, he's just another classmate I don't talk to."

"Do you think they will catch those guys who broke in last night?" I ask.

He nods and says, "Yeah, i'm sure they 'll get them, it'll take time, but I'm positive they'll catch them."

"How long will it take?" I ask.

Tyler says, "Well... I mean, that depends on whether they get them right away or not, if they're caught then we'll probably see something about it for a month, maybe even longer, but for now, we're safe." and continued eating his breakfast.
