Charlotte’s POV

I ran upstairs when I heard the baby’s crying, and Logan followed me inside, we both saw Casey laying on her own blood while breathing heavily while Cedric was trying to shoot her for the last time.

Logan yelled at Cedric angrily, “Drop your gun!”

When Cedric turned his head to look at him, he started shooting at us. Unfortunately, he ran out of bullets after three shots, so Logan grabbed him by the neck, and the two of them started fighting.

Casey whispered, "Please save my baby,"

I got the baby out of the crib and tried to grab Casey's hand, but she was too weak to move. "Just leave me, Charlotte," she shook while crying. "Save my baby."
