79. No One Can Stop Her

Charlotte’s POV

He put my head down and grabbed the killer's gun. He then tried to kill the killer right away. When the elevator door opened, a group of guys with guns pointed at us. Logan grabbed my hand and pulled me away from them. We ran downstairs, and he called someone on the phone, "We need backup!"

After a few minutes, we heard a lot of gunshots inside the building. There were bullet holes in every part of the room. I think Logan's men came to save us. Logan was breathing hard because his wound wasn't getting better yet. With his hand on my shoulder, he led me downstairs. When we got to the exit, I saw him fall and pass out. His men dragged him outside the building and shoved his unconscious body at the backseat. I put the seatbelt on his body, tapped the side of his face lightly, and asked, "Logan?"

He opened his eyes, but he was too tired to speak, and he was really bleeding this time.

“Logan? Hey, are we heading to the hospital right now?” I asked the driver.
