Chapter 19: The reason why she left
“Philip?” I said out of shocked as I saw my childhood friend laughing with Zyke and Kyle.
I almost forgot that we’re three. Julia, Philip and I were childhood besties. I’m still guilty of leaving him without a word.
“Madison?” He was shocked to see me. Seconds later I found myself hugging him.
I was speechless. I don’t know what to tell him. I had a feeling that he’s mad at me.
“Can we eat first? I’m really hungry” I just realized when Kyle grabbed my hand and I followed him like a fool.
We circled the round table and I followed as I watched Philip’s every move. He prepares the cutlery and glasses.
I just noticed that this house didn’t even have a dust or stain, It is well care.
“During the days when you weren’t here, I came here every day just in case you came back” I could no longer taste the food because of the twitter. Maybe my friends are wondering too because of him.
