The entire guards assembled as we all stood high and mighty waiting for the so-called rogues to lay their attack on us. I realized there and then that it's been a week now but there was no sign of them anywhere.

We did our calculations well and made sure to stay post the day they would attack and now everything just seemed as if they sought or chickened out which doesn't sound like something they'd do one bit.

Everyone was getting fed up even though I was getting fed up and displeased with this trick that they were trying to play on us. It was getting very annoying to a fault and to think that they would think of condoning this.
