Chapter 11

Alpha Kai's POV

After Ace left, the guard allowed the important members of the pack in. I appointed three of them to deal with some matters regarding the pack and outside the pack, since Ace already has so much work to do and I as the Alpha, can't possibly handle everything on my own.

“Alpha,” they all greet and bow in respect.

I respond to their greeting and lead them toward another room where my office is. I sat behind my huge mahogany desk as they all sat in front of me. “What do you have for me?” I command in my authoritative voice.

“Some men we've identified as part of the green land pack attacked the southern territory and ransacked the warehouses there. Our guards tried to stop them, but members of the green land pack were more in numbers, and they came completely prepared, we lost all the goods and supplies there and a total of ten guards were lost, the rest injured,” one of the men explained.

“What!,” I shouted feeling livid as my fist met with the desk causing a l
