Roe eats fast and, as mom keeps asking her endless questions like she's a criminal and my mother is an ex FBI agent.

"So you graduated from Harvard? Isn't that a prestigious school?"

My jaw slacks, barely reaching the floor. I had no idea that Robin studied at Harvard. That's why she's freaking intelligent and confident. She speaks eloquently and classily.

"My parents died early, but that made sure I had a roof in my head and proper education."

My mom seems sad for Robin hearing her parents died.

"That's so nice. Do you miss them?" My mother might be tactless, but she had a heart of gold. She cares.

"Not a day passes by that I don't think of them."

I eye Roe, and I admire her strength, and her positive point of view is purely impeccable.

"You don't have to be lonely now; Axel loves you; I can feel it; you have a family in us, Roe."

Roe gives a slight smile; when she smiles, I can sense my heart racing a million miles away. She affects me so much; not any woman does this to me. Ro
