Chapter Seventy Three

KILLIAN POV

Aria pulled from the hug and her eyes went to the door where Marcus was standing. I wanted to instantly chase him out of the premises, I want him as far as possible from her since he brought nothing but pains yo Aria but the look on Aria's eyes made me stop.

She was sad, yes but I could see it in her eyes that she was still happy to see him even though he was far away.

Do I be selfish and chase him regardless or do I just help Marcus stop being a dick?

I sighed then placed a kiss on Aria's lips before I excused myself and went to Marcus who started retreating once he saw me.

"Wait." I called out to him and he halted.

"I'm already leaving… you don't have to give me any of your lectures." He grumbled.

I ignored him and just went closer to him, "You can come inside." I said to him and his eyes widened in shock.

"What…what do you mean?" He stuttered a bit, I could see excitement on his face although he tried to surpress it so it doesn't show. Either that or my brother do
