I didn't want Jared to say anything. It was true that I had asked him to reject me, earlier. But, I regretted it. In my frazzled state, I had lost my self control. Overcome with the fear of being the cause of Jared's downfall, I'd run to him and requested for rejection. I had lost my mind for a moment. However, I was thankful for Jared's response. It would have been over for me if he had rejected me right there and then. The thought of it was scary.

Jared's hands gripped my forearm as I kissed him. So many thoughts ran through my mind.

What if he decided that I was way too crazy to be his mate?

He pulled away first. Then, he brought a hand to my neck and gazed at me with fire in his eyes. He parted his lips to say something but I beat him to it.

"Tomorrow!" I exclaimed and he furrowed his brows

"What?"

"You can tell me whatever you have to say, tomorrow. We still have time. Right now, I just want to sleep" I said, laying down on his bed.
