NARRATOR’S POV

As soon as King Nikolai and Sophie left the Moonshadow pack, they went back to their clan to plan their plan of action. The members of the vampire clan were already aware of the humiliation their princess suffered as some of them witnessed it. They all wanted the same thing, REVENGE.

King Nikolai, Sophie, and some council members of the vampire clan set out on a journey to visit Alpha Zain of the Prime Pack, they wasted no time. They travelled from the south to the north, through treacherous forests, and over rugged mountains.

As they arrived at the Prime Pack's territory, they were met with hostility from the guards at the entrance. The guards growled and bared their teeth, warning the vampires to turn back. But King Nikolai and Sophie stood their ground, refusing to be intimidated.

"We come in peace," King Nikolai said firmly. "We seek an audience with Alpha Zain."

The guards exchanged a quick glance before one of them turned and ran into the forest. M
