“You ditched school just to get ice cream and have fun?” Bryce asked after he returned from school that day and met Dominic at the dining.

“Yes, and I don't regret it one bit.” He answered.

“What! When did that start? You hate ditching school. Don't tell me that mate of yours has started influencing you badly.” He folded his hands.

“Aren't you hungry?” Dominic asked, pointing to the plate of food in front of Bryce.

“What I'm talking about now is more important.” He retorted.

“Than food?” Dominic chuckled.

“What's wrong with you?” Bryce asked.

“Nothing. It turns out going out was all I needed. I feel much better and my anger has died down,” He said as he remembered what he and Selene did. The girl was wierd but she sure knew how to cheer someone up. Before he realized it, he was already lost, thinking about her. He could swear that he was trying to control himself with her acting cute like that. He didn't want to repeat the mistake of kissing her again.
