Killian's POV "I didn't mind linking anyone. I swear!" He said as I revealed a knife clutched to my hands. "Will you speak the truth or not?" I asked, my heart panting fast, encouraging me to go further and murder him. "Did you see my eyes switch light?" He asked. "Never ask me that dumb question again!" I yelled as I reached for his arm with the knife but he dodged it and sent me to the ground, flinging the knife away and pulling me up to the bed. "Let's rule as Alpha and subject, not predator and prey." He said and sighed. "I was indeed mind linking someone and it was my mum. I was scared about what you would do to me I'd informed you about it." He said. "Have I ever murdered anyone for mind-linking his mother?" I asked. "You're unpredictable." He said, his voice firm with determination. "The fact that you escaped from that bloody civilian still amazes me. That dude has learned the art of murdering intruders and his other victims, right from the days of his youth. You proba
Dylan's POV She had informed me about her worries and Hades had responded to me through the mind link. I narrated all his responses to her and she nodded her head slowly, being certain that I was indeed sent from him. She pulled me into a hug and sobbed on my chest. I could feel the pain striking her heart as she was unable to leave the pack of the tormentor, yet couldn't plead with him to reduce the torment. "What could you have done?" I whispered but she heard me. "I also don't know. If you can help me get out of here, I'm going to give you all my monthly pay when I get a good job." She said and resumed sobbing. "No, no. Don't think that way. I wasn't sent to collect money from you before helping you. Hades and I have an agreement, which is the reason I'm here right now." I said and gulped. I pulled her out of the hug and promised to search around this place if I could see some nice clothes. "Don't find the clothes. They'll kill you for taking care of me," she said and sobbed
Hades' POV I had been suspecting Killian had seen me. He could have noticed the familiarity between myself and Brielle. He took her away so she would strip and dance for him to satisfy his pleasures. I was beside the window, gazing at her as she wiggled her ass to soothe his interest. It looked like something she also wanted to do, but I couldn't blame her. To do something to your master's satisfaction, you need to fall in love with that thing. It pissed me off each time she wiggled her ass and Killian's warriors cheered as they moved around her. She was moved closer to Killian where she tweaked her ass close to his lips and he spanked the ass, satisfying his pleasures immensely. When next I had a chance to kill Killian, I definitely would kill him. He had done more than enough to cause me this pain. I quickly left there before I would be noticed. The dicks of his guards had stuck out as they were turned on by her wiggling of ass. I feared they would decide to have turns on her.
Killian's POV It was the middle of the night. Killian hadn't brought Brielle back to this place. He definitely must have suspected me. I began to think of many possible ways to get to Brielle myself. I wouldn't capture her immediately. I would only note where she frequently was. But that wouldn't work as much as getting her. She could be under some tight security or Killian could be securing her himself. My wolf suggested that I speak to anyone close to him instead of trying to find Brielle's location. I found his information useful as I nudged Dylan to get up, so we could reason this together. "Dylan, who's closest to the Alpha?" I asked. We had drugged the twenty dudes that were going to support us. They shouldn't know about our plans. Anyone of them might have access to mind-link the Alpha and inform him about our plans. That would soil a lot of things. We also didn't want to weaken their wolves to stop them from being able to mind-link anyone. We needed their wolves active a
Hades' POV We badly needed to get down to the hall where Brielle was wiggling her ass, but we weren't able to. Dylan was right in front of me, trying to console me about what was happening to my mate. He wanted to make swift plans so we wouldn't end up in square one. "How about we convince the Beta to inform Killian about letting her strip again? This time around, he must permit us to get in." He said. "It's easier to say, but can you get him to do it?" I asked. "Convincing the Beta? It wouldn't be me this time around. Could be any of these twenty wolves." He replied. "How do we trust them? What if they're online going to inform the Beta about our plans?" I asked, feeling skeptical about the men's authenticity. "I'll watch them from a distance. I'll watch the particular person that would do the job." He said and I shook hands with him. "You know the job. Try your luck!" I said, my tone laced with high hopes. Dylan's POV I knew the Beta would need more tipping before he would
Hades' POV It was another day and I had released the twenty men from the room. I had drawn badges around their chest to identify them. It wasn't a badge they could remove, more of a tattoo, but not a tattoo. I walked across the field, not wanting to think about getting Brielle this time around. I wanted to free my hand. The noise was too much in my mind and I needed to enjoy the best moment of my life when I hadn't been noticed by Killian to be the Hades he was trying to kill. I suddenly heard some earsplitting screams around the Alpha's room and I thought it was a Brielle case but as I tried to take a step further, Dylan held me back and warned me not to go there. "Why? Is it a fire problem? Let's help Killian. Maybe we can capture Brielle like that." I said but he scoffed. "If it's that easy, we wouldn't threaten twenty wolves to work with us." He said. "Are they useful? Except for the two that convinced Beta to convince the Alpha." I said. "They might not be useful yet. But
Hades' POV The burly men finally caught up with me as they hit a hammer on my head, making me spin to the ground while they forcefully gripped Brielle to themselves. I came back to my senses not too long after, and I screamed at them to leave Brielle the fuck alone. "Leave her alone!!" I screamed but they pointed the rifle at me. While he almost pulled the trigger, Dylan rushed inside and pushed them outside, together with Brielle. They wanted to stand to their feet and refire but he locked the door and shut the windows. "What are you doing?! Brielle's right with them!" I yelled at Dylan but he asked me to keep quiet. Though I felt abased by that, I assumed he had something in mind. "Remain silent till they're gone." He said as bullets began to hit the door as the burly men fired. I gasped but maintained composure, not wanting to lose my integrity as the Alpha. "They're gone now." He said since the bullets didn't sound again. We both peeped through the window and we couldn't s
Killian's POV The pack doctor had been summoned to treat me on time as my case was very crucial. He had been applying those dotes on my legs and it took approximately six hours before I could heal. Even my wolf couldn't do much of healing. "You're now free to go," he said and discharged me. I felt like still lying in bed but he pushed me to the ground and I landed with a loud thud. He scooted his feet away from her before I would kick his ass off for being so rude and impertinent towards the Alpha. The memories of where Brielle could swoon to my memory as I mind-linked the dudes I employed to help me retrieve her from the hands of her bloodthirsty criminal called Hades. "Hey," I said through the mind link, "where is Brielle? I shouldn't be asking if you eventually caught up with her. I should be asking where you locked her up. Huh?" "Sure, you should ask that same question. Well, she's locked in the store." He said. "What!!" I yelled but he disconnected from the mind link and t
