Hades' POV

Since I had informed Brielle about my departure from the pack for a day or two or at most, three, I deemed it fit to announce it to the pack as well.

I contacted my wolf to connect to my Beta's, as I needed him to be in my room very soon. Like though my Beta had preplanned to be in my room, he rang the doorbell quickly. I rushed to get it open, welcoming him in while instructing Brielle to cover her body with the duvet.

"Alpha, you called me." He said.

"Yes." I replied and we moved to the kitchen to discuss so Brielle wouldn't hear us out or have an inkling about what our discussion was about. I also needed to ask him a few questions different from the announcement to the pack about my departure.

"What about Killian? Have you guys buried him?" I asked.

"We threw his body in the dungeon," he replied, "but he really died. He was brutalized. I stabbed him in the heart thrice before dumping his body in the dungeon, to be certain he really died."

I heaved a deep sigh of relief
