Hades' POV

Why did I suddenly feel like I was in the wrong pack? I felt I had stepped into an enemy's territory. There was no proof to verify my statement but my wolf could feel the absurdity of this pack.

"She's currently busy," the little boy came out of the room and said, "what about we walk to the field? Like, take a stroll?"

"Would anyone ask who I am?" I asked.

"Only if they know you. They might call you the masked Alpha. I had heard something like that before. Eliminating The Masked Alpha. It was a plan set up by the pack but I am only telling you now because it has been terminated since a long while now." He said and I shivered a bit but I maintained composure.

I lowered my head as I walked. I didn't want anyone to be unduly attracted to me. I thought being introduced to the Alpha of the pack and my purpose for being here could be clearer.
