Chapter sixty seven

Alessia's POV

After Cara left, Allen still bore holes into me with his eyes. "You had better have an actual explanation for what I just heard right now. But I will hold on to it after we are done seeing grandpa." He mused, leaving the room.

He didn't even let me say anything before cutting me off, rude much! I sat back in the bed with a huff. What In the world does grandpa have to say this time around? I hate sitting in family meetings called by him, it takes such a long while I start to feel sleepy while at it.

Placing my phone underneath my pillow, I stepped out of the room. Allen had gone past me and couldn't even think it right to wait up for me. As always I will be tagged as the always late one.

I was right about being the last person to arrive, they were all seated before me. But then when I looked around my aunt ingrid hasn't arrived yet. My role model!
