Rona’s POV

Saying goodbye to Sara, Gina, Emmett and Luca was hard. But, saying goodbye to Marie was harder. Shay had still not woken up as Garrett and I walked to the portal.

“Marcus tell her I’m sorry I couldn’t say goodbye.” I said, as the portal opened.

“I will Luna, she will be sad. Luna Marie may orb her to you tomorrow or Tuesday.”

“Just remember my Luna will be in school during the day.” Garrett reminds them, shaking their hands.

“I feel the pain, mine does too,” Patrick smiles.

“Bye,” I say, waving.

We cross through the portal and step into a forest not yet ready for spring. I still see patches of snow, but the sun is out.

“Welcome to Colorado!” Garrett said, smiling. “Our Mountain is about 2 hours away.”
