Shay’s POV I know I’m going to get a lot of hate from this, but if Sara sets a toe inside this room, I’m killing someone. I want only my mother. I don’t want Thomas in here, but I can’t stop him since he is my little girl's father. The past two weeks have been really hard on me emotionally. Thomas and I fought for six hours straight. Part of me thought he was going to reject me, but he didn’t. I apologized to Sara, Monica, Victoria, and my family. That was embarrassing as hell! Sara’s POVI stagger to the hospital to get to Shay’s room. I feel the intense pain of the breaking bond and I need to see what is happening.I was feeding Wallace when I almost dropped him, because the pain hit me so hard. Shay’s POVMy door isn’t closed all the way and I hear my sister giggle, running down the hall to her room. Wallace is six weeks old today, guess I know what she is giggling about, oh there is Thomas’s playful growl.“We only have an hour,” Thomas said, and then I hear kissing and fumbling with Sara’s door.In an hour Thomas will come in here and spend two hours with me and Devon as our family time. Sara’s POV“Be nice to your sister,” Shay reminds Thomas, for the hundredth time. We are taking the kids to Ike, Sam, and Rebecca’s Ceremony.“She still hasn’t apologized,” he reminds.“We don’t care,” Shay and I say, in unison. “Be nice to your sister!”“I really hate the whole unison thing,” Thomas reminds us, rolling his eyes.“Then don’t piss us off,” we say in unison, making him cringe. Since Shay has been making the attempt to be a nicer person, we have reconnected as sisters. Even found a little of that twin magic we haven’t had since we were about 6.Shay had her hysterectomy two weeks ago and has recovered wonderfully. She has tried the cuddle thing and she and Thomas both said it’s just not them. I was shocked she tried, but proud of her, too.We found out yesterday I’m pregnant again. Shay was so excited for me. Not her fake excited, actually happy for me.Both babies are finally sleeping through the night, so we parents have fallen into a comfortable, works for us routine.

Thomas’s POVSara’s blood is gushing from her head. I wrap my shirt around her wound. Gina is calling, trying to get medical staff to my office. Shay is kneeling beside my sweet mate’s limp body, crying. I feel panic set in, as Sara’s breath becomes shallow.Sam appears and tries to heal her. We don’t talk, as he is concentrating.
