Bella’s Pov

I watched Lucas walk into the huge building and cursed a few times. He clearly wanted to bribe me with something that was nice and I was the dummy who wanted to see what it was.

He first threatened me by reminding me that I couldn’t access my money without him and than he was trying to bribe me with a gift that I wanted to see.

Why could he not just apologize and hire someone else? He had to get his way and get me to forgive him all at once. Every part of me screamed that if I walked into that building he would succeed.

The lights to the building turned on and what I thought was a completely white building turned out to be a white building with huge glass windows.

I leaned closer into the drivers seat so I could see inside the building better. I could see that the walls were some type of white but other than that I could hardly see anything else.
