Stopping at my closed door, I slid it open. The familiar creak echoed through the silent hallway, a sound that had become a comforting routine. I pushed the door open and peered inside. There she was, Lisa, peacefully asleep in my bed.

Her chest rose and fell rhythmically, her breaths a soft whispers in the quiet room. Her face, bathed in the gentle blue light of the moon, was a picture of tranquility.

Closing the door behind me, I ventured deeper into the room and paused by the bedside. I found myself captivated by her beauty, a radiance that seemed to radiate from within her.

“She’s still so incredibly beautiful,” I thought to myself, my heart swelling with a mixture of affection and longing as I continued to admire her from afar.

The more I observed her, the more I became aware of the numerous mysteries that shrouded her return to me. According to the Bonnet brothers, Kiara was discovered in a bloody state and left for dead, a circumstance that continues to perplex me
