Chapter 25

Chance’s POV

I had all the shopping bags brought in from my car and taken to my room so that Willow could put her stuff away while Beta Shawn and I had a more private discussion on the matter at hand. There was something about this rogue Alpha that felt familiar to me and I couldn’t place my finger on it. It was as if I knew him in a past life and it was clawing at me that I couldn’t figure it out.

“I know that look.” Beta Shawn says and then adds, “Something is eating at you.”

“I am telling you, I know this rogue Alpha but I don’t know how. Maybe if Alpha Hunter sees him, he might be able to shed some light on who he is.” I tell Beta Shawn as I rub my temples from the headache that was throbbing in my head. It was as if something was blocking me from remembering parts of my past.

“What are we going to do to make sure that Willow stays safe? You know he is going to come for her if he is that intrigued by her. Maybe we should send her somewhere until this is all over.” Beta Sha
