Chapter forty-four

I still looked but he wasn't among them as my mind and eyes twirled.

“When last did you see them?” I asked and he let out a chuckle, very unlike Collins, they typical Collins.

“Who?” He asked, and I realized he wasn't Collin, as there seems messed up in my train of thoughts.

“Keep going Lucia, when last did you see them, just keep moving, move just a little more…” I whispered to myself edging myself on raspy and weak, still I knew I have to keep walking.

Shaking with the cold I tried to motivate myself. Suddenly I realized I wasn't going to go far into the woods before they come after me.

I heard a rustling sound in the woods, then along the pin needle path I had at my front, the sound of hunters and wolves loud and vicious a growl that rose every hair on my body, this growl was strange yet familiar, I wanted to run but he was too close,

What is happening to me? I thought.

My wolf had suddenly disappeared and I can't hear her communicating with me, oh God let this be a dream I praye
