This woman, it's impossible to tell which of her words are true and which are lies.

Lewis just stared at Judy, who wisely walked over and said, "Sir."

"Do you like women?" Lewis asked emotionlessly, unable to discern joy or anger, "Didn't you say last time you had a fiancé?"

Judy was speechless...

She couldn't always use John as a shield, lies are bound to be exposed at some point.

Judy confessed, "Actually, I don't have a fiancé. The guy from downstairs at the company is a friend of mine, we grew up together in an orphanage. I made up that story last time to get rid of the harassment from a male colleague. Sir, if you think I'm not suitable to be your secretary, you can assign me to a different position."

Judy hoped for a different position so she wouldn't have to see Lewis. Her life could be peaceful; she dreaded what might happen if Lewis recalled that night’s events.

Lewis's profound gaze fixed on her, "Single?"

Judy kept her head down, "Single."
