~ Chapter 19 ~

Amanda sighed deeply as she parked her car in her garage, she picked up her bag and removed the car key. She was about to step out of her car, but tears welled up in her eyes and she frustratingly threw her bag to the passenger's seat.

She expected their attack but not this fast, all she ever wanted was a peaceful life away from her disgusting, toxic and unpleasant family, but no, they always have to come in at the peak of her happiness and destroy everything.

She let the tears roll down her face for a while before she harshly wiped them away, "they might have succeeded in the past to break me, but not this time around. Even if I have to sacrifice the last drop of blood in my body, I'll make sure I ruin them" she promised her self, her voice as thick as the heaviness in her heart.

Reaching out for her bag, she brought out her mirror and her small makeup bag and immediately applied touches here and there to hide the fact that she just cried. She smiled at herself
