Chapter one hundred and twenty five

Lucas’s POV

When I entered the room to see Zach awake, I was excited and I zipped to hug him before giving him a rough shove.

“Seriously,” I sighed. “You had me all worried about nothing. I thought you were going to die.”

“Well I’m a hundred percent fine now.”

“Great. Now I don't have to worry about anything when I do this.”

With blitzing speed, I swiped my hand across his cheeks, striking him with so much force I was sure I could shatter a wall with that force.

The only problem here was that even with all that force, it only managed to move his face to the side with a little lip injury which started to heal up immediately.

“Okay, what was that for?” He asked with a slight chuckle while laying in bed. “It’s not like you to let off like that.”

“You got that right. But why would you hide the real truth from me? It’s not like it’s anything hidden. The entire pack knows but not me?”
