The long awaited date

The first place we went to was a cinema. Mitch was excited about the movie, and I will give him some credit. It was a blast. He seemed to know how much I love the thriller genre more than anything else.

I sat between him and Mike, eating the bowl of popcorn they bought while watching the show, with my head placed on his left shoulder.

It felt so good having time alone, away from the troubles of the pack. I even had this guilty feeling about it, but you can't blame me. You will also feel the same should you be in my shoes.

After the movie, we took a walk in the park, like we did a few weeks ago. I figured that was the end. I was satisfied with what we had so far, not knowing they had more planned for me.
