I grinned at what he said and remembered Aldo. In fact, Aldo just wanted the heat of the body.

I turned to him and caught his mischievous smile. He seemed to be thinking of funny things. and I doubt if I would like that.

That was the last thing he said before he left. I didn't even nod at his offer. I immediately called Alice to report that.

She was giggling from the other line, as if she were so happy with the news.

"What's exciting about that, Alice?" I asked sarcastically, which made her stop: "Nothing good is happening, Alice. I mean, Aldo can easily find me—"
