"Who did you say was beaten to death?" Frederick's gaze turned cold instantly.

Terrified, the man stammered, "I-it's Jennifer York, the Vice President of Prospera Corporation! Haven't you heard? She stole Ms. Olsen's crown, and Ms. Olsen hung her up and whipped her to death!"

Jasmine's face went pale with shock. "What? Are you saying something happened to Jen?"

Frederick stormed off like a whirlwind.

Entering the room, he saw Jennifer. She lay in a pool of blood, her clothes torn, barely clinging to life. Jennifer had lost the proud, aloof demeanor she once possessed.

"Ms. York!" Frederick’s fury rose even higher.

Just then, several medical personnel finally arrived at the scene. They conducted a brief examination before declaring her dead.

"The patient has suffered severe blood loss, and her heart has stopped beating. She's gone. We will take her to the crematorium as per Mr. Lambert's orders.

With that, they lifted the stretcher and roughly grabbed Jennifer by her hai
