Ninety Six : Cross The Line

"Who—whose life is in his hands?" Jordan asked, his eyes widening with surprise.

I shook my head. "You don't have to know. All you need to know is that I will be fine."

His hands tugged at his hair with an irritated expression. "No, Amanda. You're not going to be fine." Jordan shook his head. "Trust me, Amanda. I'll help you run from him."

"Jordan, I don't want you to be in any danger."

I let out a rough breath behind the pressure that overtook me. I know that Jordan will not give up easily either. He would still keep pushing me, and then put himself in danger. Rhysand had told me enough that he would do something to Jordan if Jordan dared to approach me again, and Bellva being here told me that Rhysand was serious. But somehow Jordan ignored that. All I could see from his face was that he wasn't scared at all by the warning Bellva gave him, what made him look frantic was because he was worried about me.

I just wish Amanda would just go hide out somewhere else so she can get her mind together. Maybe go ask Reagan for help and tell him to not tell her parents. Cause Rhysand is getting out of hand. He’s seeking in her parents house and kidnapping her and sneaking in her apartments. Hide Amanda
