14. In Trouble?

Jade's POV.

"Being late on your first day is not a good way to start miss Shelton." Said the lady who happened to be my superior the second I said my greeting to her.

I had not seen her the first day I arrived so I knew nothing about her or what she looked like.

Although because of how late I was, I saw a few staff staring at me like I had some sort of disease that meant I needed to be avoided. Some had smiles on their faces and the others did not even notice my presence as they were buried in their work.

I ignored what their stares were saying to me and approached one of them for assistance. I needed to report to my superior and since I was yet to know my way around, I had to do what was logical, ask for direction.

I was directed to another section of the office which had different cubicles carved out in it.

I approached the lady I had been in search of and by God I was blown away by how beautiful she was. She could easily pass off for a model, she was that gorgeous.
