Nathalia was sent by her boss to make me change her mind.

Lifting her chin, she said, "Are you freaking kidding me? Of course, not! I ordered myself to do this. I don't want to see the man I like act pathetic like this. It's so not like you. I wanted to see the man who captured my heart the first time we met. He was a confident man, not someone like you looking depressed like this. No offense."

She hugged herself when the cold hit her delicate skin.

Why did she wear a striped tank top in this weather? It was her fault anyway. She had to learn her lesson.

"What will I do to make you go? I'm already thinking about a lot of things. Don't add any more to my problems."

"I'm not adding anything. How about temporarily forgetting your problem?"

There was something evil in the way she stared at me.

A shiver ran down my spine, not because of the cold, but the way she looked at me. She was planning something. This woman was evil.

"What are you trying to say? Say it and get lost."
