"You really shouldn't have dared me little one."

Before I could react, he began tickling me mercilessly. "Stop, stop, stop," I pleaded, trying not to make too much noise since my mother was asleep in her room.

"Not until you tell me what's on your mind," Drake insisted, his fingers dancing over my ribs, leaving me breathless and giggling.

"Please, I hate being tickled," I begged, but it did little to stop Drake as he continued to tickle me

Desperate to make it end, I relented, gasping, trying to catch my breath, "I'll tell you, just please stop tickling me." Immediately, he stopped tickling me, but before I could give him an answer, a sudden knock at the door made us go quiet.

"Honey, are you okay?" I heard strange noises and thought I'd check on you before going back to bed," my mother's voice carried worry and exhaustion.

"I'm fine, Mom. Did you enjoy your night out?" I replied.

"It's more fun with you," she yawned. "By the way, do you know where Drake went?"

"Not sure, Mom.
