108. Last Chance

"Kei, where are you?" Violet screamed as soon as I picked up the phone call from her.

Well, it's Sunday; can't she just let me settle down without her blaring screeches?

"At home," I said lazily.

"You don't want to meet Kenan? Now he's heading to the airport; we passed each other at the mini market near campus," Violet said quickly.

I took a deep breath, hung up the phone, ordered a taxi online, and rushed out of the house. I still can't believe this—he gave up on our relationship. He accepted that we should break up. What a pain!

"Where are you going?" shouted Selena, catching up with me.

"Meeting Kenan," I said quickly.

Selena nodded in understanding and stopped following me. I ran out of the gate, waited for a moment in front of the gate, and got into the taxi that had just arrived.

"To the airport," I said quickly.
