Chapter 40: Sorry

They just finished taking a bath together, a bathrobe wrapped around her body and a towel wrapped around his hip. She winced slightly and wrapped her arms around his stomach from behind.

“Does it hurt?” Kook asked his wife and turned his head slightly.

“Just a little bit,” she admitted. Yes, they were having a good time in bed and followed to the bath. It was steamy, heated, and exciting. They always found a way to try new things as a married couple and they were loving it so far.

They walked out of the bathroom and to their room to change. After they were dressed, Kook grabbed her face with both of his hands and kissed her on the lips. Their moment got interrupted by a blaring phone from the nightstand. He looked at his phone and walk towards it to pick it up. He saw Cayne’s name on it.

“Cayne,” Kook picked up the call and greeted him shortly.
