Josh pov

I go back to Claire and calm myself so I don't stress or scare her. She is sitting up looking scared till she sees me.

"Josh",she whimpers.

"easy love we got it handled I swear",I hugged her and felt instant calmness. I kissed her lips and sighed.

"what did they want?",I eased back and sighed.

"the vampires ",she teared up.

"please don't give them what they want, she begged, please help Victor and the others. I really like them Josh and I feel comfortable with them. Safe, she mumbles, I feel safe with them. It feels like the pack is now complete ",she blushes. Victor comes in and Claire looks him over.

"I'm not hurt honey relax",he smiles at her.

"you won't leave, right?",she looked at him. He nodded no.

"no honey I'm staying here. Feels like home to us and we really like all of you",she sighs relieved. My dad walks in and looks tired.
