Charlotte's POV:

"Zethus?" I confusedly blurted out.

Bumitaw siya sa yakap at hinawakan ang magkabilaang balikat ko saka ako tinignan.

"What?" tanong niya na nakakunot ang noo.

The cold breeze snapped me back to reality. Right... Why did I call him Zethus?

I want to fix us, and the moment he returned ay sinisira ko na agad ang hindi ko pa naaayos.

I need to remove Zethus from my memory.

Pilit akong ngumiti.

"I bet you're tired. Let's go inside." awkward kong hawak sa kamay niya. Napayuko siya ng tingin sa mga kamay namin at mas lalo akong na-awkward.

Ano ba 'to? We're not teenagers anymore, at mas lalong hindi kami mag-jowang kaka-monthsary lang. We're married! What's with me acting all shy sa harap ng asawa ko? But then... I did him wrong, at least mahiya naman ako 'no?

I wasn't expecting it, but he held my hand back.

It's warm— his hand. Without noticing it, I smiled. When was the last time that he held my hand? This is just a small thing, but it makes me so happy.
