Hundred and Three

Melina sat alone in her room, staring at the mirror and still baffled by the fact that she could now see. Whilst she felt a tingly mix of excitement and anticipation she couldn't shake off the sadness within her.

Up until now she was yet to have a conversation with Dwayne, to know why he did what he did. Her eyes fell on her bulging belly bump in the mirror and she subconsciously rubber her belly for a few moments with just one thought in mind "whatever it is that is going on I must survive and I must be strong for my baby's sake"

With this thought in her head she couldn't resist the urge to confront Dwayne, she dressed up and immediately told the driver to get her to Dwayne's office.

"Dwayne," she said, her voice carryin determination. "We need to talk about what's happening between you and Emma." The room seemed to hold its breath as Melina paced gently with a practiced grace so that he wouldn't catch on to the fact that she could see.
