CHAPTER THIRTY FIVE

Suspicion.

Juma had a smug look on his face trying as hard to imitate what he was talking about. If the other students would have seen him, they would think that Stephany had bewitched their nerd.

“Ew! That is so scary, people might escape and run away from us,” Stephany said in a more exaggerated expression.

Juma looked at her for a longtime and the more she blushed the more his gaze intensified.

"That surely would be great, they would leave us alone," he said.

When seconds turned to minutes with silence and no lack of reaction from Stephany, Juma resorted to opening both of his eyes. He was met with a reminiscing expression from Stephany’s face and she had tears which were glistening on her eyes and with a blink, they would fall.

He took in a long breath and pulled her closer in a deep bear hug. When she wrapped one of her arms around his waist, he chuckled.
