Chapter 9

Amara

Work was the same it always was. Everyday one new client added to my heavy workload.

I was stressed to a point where my head was pounded waiting for some sort of pain relief that was never going to come.

There were only a few more clients left before I got to go home and just relax. Don't get me wrong. I love my job, I really do, but I do tend to take on a lot more clients than I should do which always results in my stress cultivation.

At this point I had about 20 exercise programmes I had to plan for the next week, which always is a pain to do. Especially when you don't have a lot of free time to do it in. The last two clients I had were Tommy and Marie, a sweet married couple who decided to workout together. Which is the sweetest thing I've ever seen.

Marie was 5 months pregnant and always in serious discomfort, but since she's been seeing me, she has felt a lot better physically, mentally and emotionally. She was so strong for putting herself through training sessions in such
